Stunning Barn conversion now with private Hot Tub on the decking. The Barn has 3 floors with bedrooms ground floor and top floor with a huge open plan dining / lounge area with a huge kitchen leading off the lounge. Downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and top floor bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. There is parking for two or more cars. Please be aware that our track to the property can be very bumpy and is a single lane. Not suitable for sports cars. We are 10 minutes from Barnstaple in the stunning countryside.
Barn (1) - The Threshing Barn (4 bedroom) is next door and available to rent
I live with my wife and three kids (16, 11 and 14) We are kept very busy with the children and the animals. Come and enjoy the lovely countryside, visit the beaches and feed the animals. When you stay at Courtyard Cottage you have the pleasure of being totally self contained, your own parking, your own garden but with the advantage of the owners being on site if you need anything. Plaistow Barns are two fabulous barn conversions next door.
We live in the farmhouse next door and are available if you need us or have any questions.
We are in the countryside yet just 10 minutes to Barnstaple and about 20 minutes from the nearest of more than 4 popular beaches.
A car is essential. Lovely walks from the Barn including over the fields to the pub. Bumpy track.
