Polrunny Farm is a 13-acre farm located in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the hills above Boscastle. The Farm has been in existence since the seventeenth century. Our old stone milking parlour and stables were sympathetically converted into holiday cottages in the 1980s, with further cottages added in more recent years. Polrunny Farm has five well-designed cottages, each with separate entrances, facilities and with their own unique selling points. All cottages enjoy access to the farm's extensive gardens, some of which have spectacular views across fields to the sea.

Blackberry Cottage at Polrunny Farm is the perfect venue for your Cornish holiday. This traditional stone cottage is comfortably furnished and well-equipped for your stay. With garden views from the cottage, and stunning sea views available from Polrunny Farm's gardens, you will appreciate the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere at Polrunny Farm, whilst at the same time enjoying the convenience of the pubs and restaurants down the hill in beautiful Boscastle. Blackberry Cottage looks out onto the Farm Gardens, with glimpses of the sea beyond. Set over two levels, the downstairs boasts an open-plan but cosy kitchen / dining / lounge area and a twin bedroom. Upstairs, you will find the delightful Kingsize bedroom with summer views out towards the setting sun, and bathroom with shower over bath. Blackberry Cottage occupies a fond place in the hearts of the many families and friendship groups that have stayed here. Blackberry cottage is well decorated with a bath over shower, a full size kitchen and all amenities and a comfortable lounge area with two sofa's. Parking is 20m away from the door and you have access to an EV charger if needed. Upto 2 Dogs are welcomed. The cottage is very cozy and comfortable.

With spectacular beaches, beautiful villages and stunning coastal walks from our doorstep, there is something for everyone in and around Polrunny Farm. Our home village of Boscastle is a short hop down the hill. With pubs, restaurants and shops, and an award-winning farm shop and restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, there is plenty in Boscastle to keep you fed and watered during your stay. Polrunny is just down the road from the world-renowned Tintagel Castle. Port Isaac (think Doc Martin), Padstow (think Rick Stein), Newquay, Bude and Bodmin moor are all only a short car drive away.
