5 West Beach is a super 2nd floor NITB certified self-catering 2 bedroom apartment with sea and park views, right beside all local amenities, and with free on street parking. Perfect for couples and families wanting a quiet escape, business travellers, golfers & friends. EPC rating C 77 - oil heating, very warm and comfortable. Peaceful, very clean, and well equipped with free WiFi & smart TV. In a prime location, we have everything nearby, a short stroll to the beaches, the shops, the park or the golf course. In the morning, .you will be able to check if it is a surf or paddle board day looking out at the West bay. In the evening, it is time to go for a walk on the promenade, or enjoy the spectacular sunset. Check-in: 16:00 - 22:00. Check out: 11:00. Self check-in with lockbox. No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Our standard Terms and Conditions will be sent to you upon booking. You are required to accept these prior to check in. If not stated earlier by accepting the key you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Photographic ID of the lead guest is also required together with card details. All guests must be registered including non staying guests Please note that a charge applies for the travel cot, and it is available upon request. Neighbourhood information

The town and its surrounding areas offer numerous exciting activities and attractions to explore. The Tourist Information Centre is conveniently located within walking distance and provides up-to-date information on all the latest activities and must-see destinations. The town is also well known for fishing, golfing, water sports, walking, running and fabulous restaurants! Located on a charming and historic street, just a few minutes walk from the city centre, this property boasts a fantastic location. With a beautiful green park complete with a play area located directly in front, West Strand beach just a short walk away to the rear and East Strand beach to the front, this property offers easy access to the best of both worlds - the city and the beach. This location is incredibly convenient as everything you need is within a short walking distance, making it unnecessary to rely on a car. However, if you do have a car, you will be pleased to know that there is free on-street parking in a designated bay in front of the property. Additionally, there are two other options for parking, a large free carpark at West Strand beach or another within 300m. Getting around without a car is also easy with the main bus stop located directly in front of the property and the main train station just a 300m walk away, with trains running regularly. Taxis are also readily available for your convenience.
