Presidential Apartments Kensington reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards a week prior to arrival. The person registering at check-in must be at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. This is applicable for foreign nationals and British residents.
On arrival we take security deposit as preauthorisation on the credit/debit card. The amount is £25 a night, maximum of £100 per room. This block is being released on departure if no damage is caused. The length of release depends on your bank.
Please note that some of the rooms are suitable for wheelchair users. Please contact the property to confirm the availability of accessible rooms before booking.
