Andy and Sue, drew on nearly 40 years of experience in the Hotel and Catering Industry to open their own luxury bed & breakfast 20 years ago. They offer the very highest of standards, comfort and style, a home from home atmosphere, with all that you need to make your time away as pleasant as possible. Andy and Sue have enjoyed the company of many business executives, tradesmen and sports stars who pass through on their way to important events. In addition, they also see many holiday makers who like to travel and either stay and explore the beautiful Garden of England or use Pretty Maid House as their first and last port of call whilst coming and going to and from Europe. Most encouraging is the repeat business Andy & Sue enjoy from these people who have made Pretty Maid House their favourite place to stay when in this area of Kent. "Words are so easy to write, but not so easy to really find the right ones that will make people understand what an absolute pleasure it is to stay here, it’s as though we are part of your family, due to your welcoming ways and the whole friendly feeling and of course the delicious food that makes us glad that we stayed with you." On the M20 west/north bound take J3 (M26) signposted Gatwick and Heathrow. Within 1 mile take the slip at J2a. “IMPORTANT – MISS THIS AND YOU HAVE AN 18 MILE ROUND TRIP”. At the roundabout take the first exit (A20). 300mts at the lights keep left, 400mts on left look for The Vineyard Restaurant and our entrance is immediately adjacent. Enter through the 5 bar gate where you’ll find plenty of parking.

Approx 2 Miles after passing Clacket Lane Service Station on the M25 enter the right hand lane of the motorway and take J5 the M26 (sighposted Dover). After 8 miles take the slip at J2a, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit (A20). 300mts at the lights keep left, 400mts on left look for The Vineyard Restaurant and our entrance is immediately adjacent. Enter through the 5 bar gate where you’ll find plenty of parking.

FROM THE SOUTH

From Tunbridge Wells join the A228 and travel north. At the roundabout crossing the A26 at Mereworth take the 2nd exit and join the B2016 Seven Mile Lane. At the roundabout turn left (A20). Immediately pull over to the right onto the hatched area and turn right just before the keep left sign into our driveway. Enter through the 5 bar gate where you’ll find plenty of parking.
