Primley View is a charming annex, situated in the area of Goodrington Sands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches.
Wonderful picturesque sea views of the bay from the terrace while you enjoy alfresco dining!
The annex is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom (King bed and TV), lounge (with a small double pull out sofa bed) and secluded patio area.
The Annex is joined to our home, but has it's own independent access and garden.
We moved to the area last year, and are enjoying our first year in Devon.
We enjoy sea swimming, snorkeling and have a boat at Torquay Marina.
We have two cockerpoos, named Vee and Dubs.
The property is based at the top of Wheatlands Road.
Close proximity to local amenities and public transport links to Paignton, Torquay, Brixham and Dartmouth.
Walking distance to Goodrington Sands beach, Water Park, and the Coastal Path.
