Princess Beach House consists of a kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, breakfast bar seating, and radio, a dining room with dining seating, a sitting room, and a sitting room with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a second-floor twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and heated towel rail, a cloakroom with basin and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture and roadside parking on a first-come-first-served basis. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop within 0.1 mile, a pub in 0.2 miles and a beach in 0.6 miles. Sabden is a lovely village resting at the foot of Pendle Hill, in the Forest of Pendle section of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Explore the charming Ribble Valley to find the quaint market town of Clitheroe, offering fantastic shopping experiences and a historic day out at Clitheroe Castle Museum, it makes a lovely place to while away the hours, while Burnley is also just a scenic drive away where you can find plenty of opportunities for golfing with the Prairie Sports Village boasting a 16-bay floodlit driving range, academy and nine-hole mini golf course, while there are also a range of family-friendly attractions such as watersports including rowing and kayaking at Thompson Park, and windsurfing and sailing at Clowbridge Reservoir, a theatre, even more shopping and a plethora of eateries.
