Used to be a granny flat space of the house. This is a very spacious room that has its own bedroom, open plan living room, and kitchenette. You have your own shower and almost exclusive use of the toilet. A big fridge/freezer is provided inside the room. A big 32in LED TV with Netflix and dvd player for own use. Good place for backpackers or short/ long-term business trips. A good place to just relax and rest with the comfort of your OWN PRIVACY. Unlimited fast fibre internet
I work on shifts and manage the property at same time. Please contact me via text or email. I will try to reply soon as I am available during my break times at work but I am awake until midnight for any concern. We respect your privacy, so we expect the same treatment for us. Although we are very friendly and available to chat but this will be a quiet place to stay.
Cotgrave is a small, quiet town known to be a place for coal miners residences from the Cotgrave Coaliery. There is not much to see, but the mine was converted to a small park, which u can walk or cycle with a small lake and canals. If u have a car, you can park beside the left side of garage #17 or beside my house along this private street. Belvoir Castle and Langar Hall and the airfield are just a few minute drive. You can walk to MANVERS pub with occasional live band, Rose & Crown Restaurant serves very delicious meals. The COTGRAVE MINERS is a pub and often has a live band and often has performances and activities. Cotgrave Leisure Centre with pool and gym is within walking distance as well as Coop and Sainsbury shops and post office. Well-known and cheap SHEPHERDS STONEHOUSE carvery is only 5 minutes' drive from my house that serves breakfast and all-day carvery and pizza.
