The self-contained double bedroom and newly renovated ensuite bathroom is small but immaculate and there's on-road parking right outside. Based on Penryn's busy Commercial Road it's the perfect location for visitors to the university and is only ten minutes walk to the train station. New build, well insulated house built in 2009. The bedroom and ensuite occupy the entire ground floor of the property. Inside there's lots of storage space inside of the chest of drawers and huge under-stairs cupboard. The bathroom has recently been completely renovated and is brand new with a large walk-in shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. Guests have full access to the double bedroom and ensuite bathroom via the front door of the property. As guests enter the property the double bedroom is accessed via the door immediately on the right and unlocked using the keys found in the lock box on the front door. ⚠️ Please be aware before booking that the accommodation is located at the front of the house next to a busy road which is noisy. The house's internet connection enters behind the double bed, guests are kindly asked to please not cut power the home hub which would cut the internet connection to the entire house.
