Beautiful 1800's Welsh stone cottage with beams, inglenook fireplace, open plan lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom with bath & shower, 3 bedrooms (all with black out roller blinds), pretty rear & front patio areas, utility outhouse for sailing gear, bicycles, golf clubs etc. Located within a few minutes walk of Pwllheli Marina, Plas Heli Sailing Academy, sandy beaches & close to Pwllheli town centre with it's many restaurants, shops & bars. There is unrestricted, free parking directly outside the cottage. A perfect base for your holiday. Great for romantic breaks, sailing events, golfing events and family holidays. There are wildfowl including swans and herons ( if you're lucky Kingfishers) to watch opposite the property. This former Fishermans cottage is very clean & lovingly furnished. There are no pets allowed and we prefer adults but welcome responsible children and guests who will respect our property and leave it as clean and tidy as they found it.

*Free WIFI* Kitchen/diner with table & chairs (extra chairs in under stairs cupboard), an electric fan oven with a gas hob, microwave & under counter fridge with freezer box. There is an iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, chair pads etc in the understairs cupboard. The washer/dryer is in the adjoining utility outhouse. The bathroom has a heated towel rail and a lit mirror with shaving socket built in. There is a TV/DVD with freeview & DVD films to watch, radio with iPhone charger, books to read & games to play. Electricity is by key meter and the gas is included free. We supply bed sheets, pillowcases, duvets, hand/bath towels & tea towels but please bring your own bathsheets and beach towels. There are sunbathing/sailing beaches close by i.e. Abererch, Glan Y Don, South Beach, Llanbedrog & Abersoch beaches and surf beaches i.e. Hells Mouth, Whistling Sands & Porth Cariad to name but a few. Pwllheli Golf Club is a five minute drive from the cottage. Pwllheli is also a short drive to Criccieth & Caernarfon Castles, Nefyn Championship Golf Course, Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog & Porthmeirion. Surf Snowdonia, Zip World, Anglesey, Conwy & Llandudno are slightly further up the coast. The cottage is the ideal base for sailing/golfing competitions & discovering the beauty of the Llyn Peninsula. The Llyn Peninsula is an area of outstanding natural beauty offering lovely walks, interesting wildlife and an outstanding choice of water sports. Pwllheli is the main market town, a friendly place with an array of shops, restaurants and bars. A few miles down the coast lies the village of Abersoch and in the other direction Aberdaron offering boat trips to sacred Bardsey Island. The cottage is also convenient for Pwllheli train station, local bus routes & taxi rank, many restaurants, bars & supermarkets in the town.
