Situated just a few minutes from the centre with bustling shops & restaurants, and a leisurely 10 minute walk from the beach, the cottage is close enough to make things easy, yet set in a quite street so you can peacefully enjoy your stay.
Well behaved pets considered! Exmouth's 2 mile sandy beach has large dog friendly sections so this is a popular destination for holidays with pets. Most restaurants in town are happy to allow doggie guests too.
2 minutes away there is a stop for the Exmouth Land Train, which goes back and forth all day long, down to the beach & all along the promenade.
The station is also walking distance, being 5 minutes away.

Amenities in Exmouth include a cinema, bowling complex, mini golf, escape rooms, climbing walls, leisure facilities, amusements, indoor market, gardens, parks and a stunning marina. The town has a great live music scene and some really lovely restaurants. There are over 100 independent shops in town.
