Love being outdoors and Topsham is the perfect base for that with easy access to the coast path and the river! I love socialising and sport and generally anything that keeps me busy

Quay House is a Luxury 5 bedroom detached character home, ideally located in the heart of Topsham. The property occupies a prime location close to Topsham Quay with parking for 2 cars, garden and patio area. Within easy walking distance to Topsham's pretty high street, with many shops, gourmet restaurants, the museum and the water just a stones throw from the front door. Suitable for all ages. Sleeps 10 Guests in 5 large rooms, with very comfortable lounge and kitchen/diner living spaces.

Topsham is a beautiful area, nestled on the river Exe, with plentiful pubs, bars and restaurants as well as walks and outdoor activities. The area is vey dog friendly. With easy access to trains and busses, its a great base for visiting the region
