It's our own personal second home, so we provide quality linen and towels, and is better equipped than most pure rental properties, eg for kitchen and bathroom essentials, etc.
Marked parking for one car, and further free on street parking if required.

A quiet residential neighbourhood only minutes from the lively bars and restaurants of Humber Street and the Fruit Market area.
Easy to get to by car, Free parking in reserved bay for one car.
An extra car can park for free by using a scratch-card system available at the apartment.
15 minute easy walk to the train station.
10 minute walk to the Old Town district
5 minute walk to the Connexin Live Arena, Princes Quay, Fruit Market and Humber Street areas.
