Entire Loft Space with one bedroom with King size bed, sitting area and kitchenette above our detached 3 bay garage with access up a flight of stairs. The property consists of a small sitting area with kitchenette (suitable for takeaways but not for cooking), a luxury shower room and gorgeous double bedroom area.
I am a stay at home Mum who loves good food, gardening and God!
The property is in a very quiet cul-de-sac of 8 houses in the rural village of Scothern just north of the pretty Roman town of Lincoln. The village of Scothern can trace its name as far back as the fifteenth century, when it was listed in church records as Sconethorne, an early reference to the local scone, made from local wheatflour and saffron. A crocus symbol can still be seen in the tower of the church. The Bottle and Glass public house was featured in The Telegraph in March 2008 when Prince William visited the pub for cider and a pie with his friends from the Red Arrows which fly from nearby RAF Scampton. There is also a small garden centre in the village with a tea room. The parish church on Church Street is dedicated to St Germain. Lincoln is only 3 miles away. The coast is within easy reach along with the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
