The modern terraced cottage comprises of a large bedroom with a double and single bed, lounge, fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, bathroom and rear yard. Tea/Coffee making facilities, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, linen and towels are provided to help make your stay most comfortable.
Free WI-FI is provided in the building and there is a flat screen television for your entertainment.
Parking is on street outside of the property.
We are happy to accept long and short stays. Please contact us should you require more information about the accommodation or would like to make a booking.

We are a local company providing properties for long & short term rentals. We have been providing housing and accommodation in Sunderland since 2003.

The property is on a quiet residential street. There are a mixture of old Sunderland terraced cottages and a mix of newbuilds on the estate. There is an old railway line bridge at the end of the street. This now has the cycle path running under. The coast to coast and other cycle networks can be accessed from here.
The property is located in walking distance of Ryhope beach, Ryhope village green, Ryhope Hospital, St Benedicts Hospice, Ryhope Village and local amenities. There is are local pubs nearby serving food and beverages.
A local Asda and Iceland are in a short driving distance. Located a short walk out of the village green.
The property is has great access to the A19, Doxford International Business Park, Seaham sea front and Sunderland City Centre.
