Regency Nest is located in the heart of Leamington Spa with all the main attractions and town centre within short walking distance. The Royal Pump Rooms are a 5 minute walk away as is The Parade, Jephson Gardens and All Saints Church. It is important to note that there is a Sainsburys and Tescos within walking distance as well as several smaller convenience stores, which means you can pick up the essentials at almost any time of the day. If you are a foodie and prefer to eat out or grab a takeaway, you won’t be disappointed by the selection of food outlets in the local area. There are an array of atmospheric local pubs, coffee houses and eateries that are within walking distance, you have the choice of many different cuisines including Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Thai, Indian, American and more.
