The property is located in a popular area,
Duddinston. Duddingston village (100 years old) and Duddingston lake 20 minutes walk , local supermarket, pharmacy , hairdresser 5 minutes walk . Bus stop 3 minutes walk . Portobello beach 20 minutes walk . There is great connection by bus from the house to city center (5 bus stops). Arthur Seats and other local attraction is milestone away . You would enjoy the garden and conservatory , especially during spring, summer, autumn.
You will be sharing the house with family of 3 and 2 cats . Tanfer is my husband and Katya is my daughter. We love travelling, meeting other oeople and learning other cultures. We are friendly, welcoming. We do hope you will enjoy staying with us .
Some of house rules - we do not wear shoes at home . Smoking is not permitted . Parties and noise after 10.30 pm are not allowed . We respect our guests and wish the same in return .
