Rhubarb Corner stands in a quiet, leafy area, yet only a few minutes walk to the restaurants and bars, offices and business area of Wakefield.
The two ample size bedrooms ensure a great nights sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you don't want to eat out in the many restaurants you can enjoy a lovely meal in, and a relaxing evening watching a NETFLIX film or an exciting SKY sporting event on our 55" Smart TV in our large lounge.
The area is close to all amenities yet set in a really quiet area of St Johns in Wakefield. Ideal to visit the National Hepworth Gallery. The Theatre Royal has a large variety of performances for your enjoyment and is on the doorstep.
Rhubarb Corner takes its name from the famous Rhubarb Triangle and is ideally placed to visit during the Rhubarb festival held annually.
The Yorkshire Sculpture Park is a short drive and is a beautiful area to mix art with nature. You will enjoy the many walks around the park and work up an appetite to enjoy the lovely food provided by the on site cafes.
The National Coal Mining Museum is also close by and is well worth a visit to see another of the areas heritage.
