Malt House Cottage is a detached two bedroomed retreat full of character. It's riverside position makes it very peaceful and it is only a 5 min walk from the pretty town of Upton-upon Severn. Accommodation is split over first and second floors, two big bedrooms, two shower rooms, 1 with a bath, an open plan kitchen / dining / living room with corner sofa bed (ideal for 1 adult or 2 children) and large balcony overlooking the River Severn. Private courtyard with plants and parking for 3 cars.
I am a retired director in the customer service sector. I have travelled extensively, love meeting new people and enjoy helping others with their travel plans. Oh and I retired early as I am now an amputee after a car crashed into me in 2020 so I have help with the changeover cleans! We can help with any problems. We are about 3 miles away. Available on the phone and have Upton based cleaners to support.
Waterside is a quiet cul de sac road in Upton next to the river. We are on the same side of the river as the town, local riverside pubs are a 5 minute walk away. Outside the property is a grassy bank overlooking the river. This can be used to sit on. We are 5 minutes walk from Upton town centre. There is parking for several cars in the private courtyard. Nearest train stations; Great Malvern (6.7 miles), Worcestershire Parkway (11 miles), Cheltenham (2o miles) There are regular buses to Worcester, Tewkesbury and Great Malvern
