They are large and deceptive as from the outside they look tiny but this is not so! 2 minutes walking distance to the Sunderland General Hospital, a short bus ride or walk to the town centre. 2.1 miles from the Stadium of Light, access via the metro (2 station trip) for a 10 minute total journey. Located adjacent to Paillon shopping centre. Easy access to the hospital and a short drive or metro to Sea burn and Roker beach’s. In addition easy driving access to both the A1 & A19.
