Are you coming to the North East of England briefly and need a place to stay for shortstays?
Look no further. We offer cosy double and single bedrooms with their own privacy lock, easy access to the loo and kitchen in a Beautifully decorated 4 bed house, in a prime location for work, commute and leisure.
The property is in a quiet residential area with close proximity to the city centre. It is within walking distance to shops like ASDA, ICELAND and Tesco. Buses run every 5-10mins to all major routes.
Please note that the following are required for the purpose of identification. We will need them before allowing you entry into the property.
1. Copy of your passport or driver's licence
2. Copy of the card that you made payment with. Could you please block off the first 12 digits ensuring only the last 4 digits of long card number are visible?
3. Billing address of the above payment card.
