This is a very special flat, completely refurbished and kept to a high standard.Situated literally in the centre of town, upside down with living and kitchen upstairs to give views over rooftops to the spine and tower of St James’s church. The steeple is reputedly the highest in England. The living area has flat screen tv, a DVD player with a selection of films, and fast fibre wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen ( No washer) and downstairs a large bedroom with a king size bed, and shower room. The allocated parking space is 20 meters from the property
We have moved to Louth in the last decade, refugees from the south! So pleased we have come to this beautiful, unknown town. We are recently retired, have adult children and now 2 wonderful grandsons. Walking Archie of 8 year old Labrador keeps us in trim, Andrew enjoys cycling in the area, and films, books and concerts are passions.
A small close. Very quiet with a “magic” door that takes you to the top of the high street.
