Rose Cottage is a chocolate-box 16th century thatched cottage, located just outside the sleepy village of Manaccan on the South Helford. The cottage sleeps six people and has two king size bedrooms, one twin room and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a large sitting room and a kitchen/diner with access to the garden. Outside is a south-facing terrace and garden with outdoor furniture, plus off road parking for two cars. Located just a short walk from the village pub, and surrounded by beautiful countryside, Rose Cottage offers a truly peaceful holiday of rest and relaxation. Note: this property does not have a cot. Note: Check in time for this property is A short path and 7 steps to front Open fire for show only. Note: Low beamed ceilings in sitting room, lowest point 178cm. Note: Some low doors in property due to being a traditional Cornish cottage.

The pretty village of Manaccan offers local facilities including post office/stores, 16th Century Inn and a cafe/bistro. The village is on the Lizard peninsula in south Cornwall and is about five miles southwest of Falmouth. Manaccan lies within the Cornwall area of outstanding natural beauty.
