Rosevean House sleeps 12. Very comfortably. Of the 6 stylish bedrooms spread over 3 floors, one has a super king-size bed and 5 have 6’ zip and link beds which can convert into 2 x 3’ single beds. 3 bedrooms have en suite facilities and you’ll also find 2 family shower rooms, one handily placed on the ground floor for sandy toes straight off the beach. The open plan living area includes a well equipped kitchen with a Rangemaster oven and, on arrival, you’ll find a super hamper including local produce. Right off the kitchen, the open plan dining area with a wood burning stove is the place to relax and come together over family meals. Or flip open the French doors and spill out onto the terrace, perfect for lazy al fresco breakfasts. The welcoming open plan lounge area has space for the whole family with a wood burning stove, board games and a Smart TV for quiet nights in. On the lower ground floor, the cinema room and games room are great places to come together. Or relax on the west facing terrace, perfect for sundowners after the beach. Outside, catch the sun in the large and beautifully landscaped garden with lawn, mature shrubs and a choice of 2 terraces facing south & west.

This stunning luxury holiday haven is ideal for exploring the beautiful coves & beaches which Cornwall is renowned for. There are 4 beaches on the doorstep for rock pools & surfing. Head to Trevaunance Cove, a 10 minute walk, and enjoy happy times in the waves with Breakers Surf School, or take to the open water on a kayak or paddle board. The cove has a lively pub, fish & chip shop & Beach Bar/Bistro. Chapel Porth Beach is 1.6 miles. Perranporth & Porthtowan are within a 10 minute drive. A 5 minute walk takes you to picturesque St Agnes village which offers 2 supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers, a choice of pubs & restaurants & a great pizza takeaway. St Agnes has a rich mining heritage and is also in the heart of Poldark Country, the landscapes made famous by the novels and TV series. If you’re heading out and about, there’s a dizzying selection of paths and headlands to explore on the spectacular SW Coast Path. Newquay, the Cathedral city of Truro & the gardens of Trellisick & Trerice Manor House are within half an hour’s drive. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Falmouth, the tall ships at Charlestown, St Ives Tate and the world famous Eden Project are within easy reach.
