We are a family company with just this one property in the Scottish Borders. We aim to make each guest feel that they're at a home from home as this is how we feel about School Brae, it's also our home from home.

School Brae is at the heart of Peebles town, with plenty of amenities within walking distance. The house has been refurbished and offers a comfortable open-plan living/dining area. Both bedrooms are en-suite - first floor double bedroom has a bath and shower, second floor bedroom with 2 single beds has an en-suite shower room. Both en-suites have heated flooring and heated towel rails. Bedding and towels are included. School Brae is situated next to Tweed Green and the River Tweed with open areas for walking. Peebles is popular with all ages, with lots of activities in the area. Outdoor activities include walking, cycling and golfing. The mountain biking trails at Glentress are extremely popular and for the more advanced riders there's the nearby downhill trails at Innerleithen. There are many local pubs, cafes and restaurants and takeaways for all tastes. For guests wishing to cook, the property has a 5-ring gas stove and triple oven, plus a microwave, kettle and toaster.

Guests enjoy having so much to do right on the doorstep. Whether you're looking for a quiet retreat or an outdoor adventure you'll find everything you need. Local shops, cafes and restaurants are predominantly independently owned and therefore offer a warm welcome to visitors.
