I love hosting it is different to working in the NHS which I did for 35 years as an RGN & Midwife alougth there are many simularties with communication and the end result wanting and hoping for satisfaction & enjoyment from the people served

Stylish beach vibe contemporary 4 bedroom townhouse set over 3 floors 2 minites from a soft sandy beach by the old Pier Aberavon beach Seafront location on a small private site that leads out onto the promenade right by the beach. Wooden flooring to all rooms 1st & 2nd floor Vinyl to ground floor and all 3 bathrooms 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms partial sea views from bedroom 2 and 4 Large hallway Large living room separate family room area leads into well appointed kitchen & separate utility room 3 smart TV"s 1 in main living room 1 in family room 1 in bedroom 3 which has a mountain view House comfortably sleeps 9 people Base no off people is 6 persons The maximum number off guests 9 to include all children even if some off those are free Towels will be provided for paying guests ( not for non paying children) Facilities provided for the numbers booked If you are having a family gathering in the house all those attending need to pay the full occupancy rate for the whole stay. Parking on property space for 2 cars/vans only any more than this will need the 24 hour paid parking opposite Remos flat scenic walking distance or the parking in front off the site however this closed at night & open again in the morning or lay by parking not far from JQ entrance which is free from 8pm to 8am

The house is in a small private seafront location leading directly onto the promenade & 2 minutes from a soft sandy ⛱️ beach The proximitry of the promenade has something for everyone from its cycle path stunning views of the beach and sea Going past the Whale sunken garden childrens adventure playgrounds skate park new splash park adventure golf coffee shops restuarants pubs surf school fishing The position of the house is good for exploring South Wales Cardiff and Cardif bay 35 minutes away Swansea 15 minutes The Mumbles 25 minutes & the stunning Gower beaches start there Brecon Beacons depending where you enter it Pen y fan Ogmore by sea Southerndown Kenfig nature Reserve The four waterwalls walk Tower zip world 45 minutes away only for the brave going over a lake nice coffee area on upper floor off the restaurant looking out at those going on the zip wire Mini zip wire for shorter children Or vist the dramatic castles of the Norman marcher lords South Wales has a high density off these medieval constructions. Excellent transport links For workers easier to get to this site than a street in Port Talbot From M4 onto the dual carrigeway off Harbour Way takes you just around the corner from JQ. Port Talbot train station 2 & half hours by train from London Bus stop opposite the site An enjoyable time if staying in Aberavon or exploring South Wales
