The property is located just 1.9 km from Dolau Beach and 1.6 km from Traeth Gwyn Beach.   This beachfront property offers access to a decked balcony, free private parking, free WiFi and central heating. The property is non-smoking. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.   The holiday home is fitted with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, an open plan living room area with front sliding patio doors, and a decked balcony with sea views. A 55-inch flat-screen TV with streaming services is in the living room and a 24-inch TV in the master bedroom. Guests can enjoy the area from the decked patio, which offers outdoor seating and lighting. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a coffee machine is included.   For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. This home is perfectly located, being tucked away in the corner of the Snowdonia district it offers privacy and peace, while only a 1-minute walk to the main facilities.  

We are South Wales family who take frequent trips to West Wales and love to travel in general, enjoying the outdoors, and explore local cuisine and cultures. We are both booking hosts and guests, so we understand both sides of the fence and try to be the best hosts and guests at all times. We love New Quay and the surrounding areas, which is why we took the plunge to get a holiday home there, and would happily share any recommendations with you.

Sea La Vie Lodge is situated in Haven Quay West Holiday Park, so there are lots of amenities on site for all the family. A Haven Play Pass can be purchased separately, please note this would need to be purchased if you wish to access certain site facilities (such as swimming, access to high ropes, crazy golf, children’s entertainment and activities). Details about purchase will be emailed to you if this is something you would require - please be aware the Play Pass needs to be purchased in advance, prior to arrival. Some site facilities are included without purchasing the Play Pass, including the shop, restaurant and take aways (Papa John's and chip shop), launderette, arcade and children’s outdoor playground. The holiday park is wonderfully located to enjoy the local area of Cardigan Bay. There is a dog-friendly beach accessible from the site, you can take the woodland trail walk down to the beach which takes around 5 minutes. New Quay town is very close by, taking around 15-20 minutes to walk or 5 minutes in a car. New Quay is a very picturesque harbour town, with sailing, fishing and water sports among the main attractions, and dolphins can be spotted throughout the year. Other popular destinations nearby include Aberystwyth - 38 km away, Aberporth - 24 km, and Aberaeron - 10km, all of which are seaside towns with beautiful views.
