Sea Steps is located in the heart of Padstow Old Town, all the restaurants, bars and shops are close at hand. The harbour is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and the local beaches are nearby. Our guest information includes details of where to eat out, take aways and food shops as well as walks, cycle hire and days out.
We are Cornish based and love the free and welcoming spirit of the locals. We are always happy to offer recommendations and give insights into the best that this beautiful coastline has to offer. As keen swimmers and surfers, we can suggest the best places to enjoy time in the water, maybe even bumping into Rick Stein during his daily dip.
Padstow sits on the Camel Estuary which has a spectacular cycle trail along the river bank into the heart of the County. Whether its a family outing or an enthusiastic venture, the Camel Trail is a cycling paradise. Bring your bikes (we have a store) or hire them locally. The town is rightly renowned for its foodie scene, with Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth at the helm along with up and coming chefs offering fantastic local produce. Good local bus services and the Ferry mean that you don't need the car to venture further afield.
