A no expenses spared, newly and beautiful renovated open plan penthouse maisonette with beach decor with sea view, next to Boston Square sensory garden. There is a beautiful master bedroom with large bath and walk in shower and a large bedroom with en-suite on the upper floor

The apartment is located within 2/3min walk to the high street which offer cafe's and restaurants and 5 min walk to the beach and arcades. It is opposite Boston Square Sensory Gardens offering beautiful out door spaces.
Old Hunstanton beach is a 30min walk or 5 min drive. Heacham and Snettisham beaches are 10/15 min drive, Brancaster 20 min drive and Wells-next-on-sea is 30min drive. Sandringham estate is 10 min drive away.
