Seagulls Rest in Minehead is situated on a quiet part of the sea front and enjoys sea views from every window at the front of the house. It is a spacious property set out over three floors, and can accommodate up to 7 guests in four bedrooms. The front door entrance is at the side of the property into a small Hall with stairs leading to the first floor and the sitting room to the left and the dining room to the right. The sitting room is at the front of the cottage both windows affording lovely views over the Bristol Channel. The dining room has a large table with ample room to seat 8. The kitchen is the far side of the dining room and an external door leads to the courtyard garden. At the far end of the kitchen is the shower room, with toilet and hand basin. On the first floor there are two of the bedrooms, one double bedroom with dressing room area and sea views, and one single bedroom (also with sea view). The family bathroom is also on the first floor, comprising corner bath, shower unit, toilet and hand basin. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor, one double bed and one twin (with sea view).

Minehead is one of West Somerset's best known and well-loved coastal resorts, nestling as between the slopes of Exmoor and the sea. The town offers a wide range of attractions, including the beach, promenade, harbour, beautiful gardens and colourful tree lined avenue with an array of shops and services. Dominated by the wooded slopes of North Hill, the whole area is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty and there are superb walks over open moor land, through woodland and along the coast.
