公司信息
Baileys was established in 1985 by Kevin Bailey who had been working in the village as the manager for another Estate Agency since 1977. A department specialising in Holiday Rentals was created as there is a huge demand for this due to the areas beautiful beaches, Chichester Harbour and the lovely surrounding countryside.
Baileys are now the longest established Estate Agency in the area and after 35 years of doing business still remain firmly independent.
Our friendly and conscientious team, which includes John, Freddie, Ruaridh, Kim, Angela and of course Kevin provide unrivalled local knowledge of the area from Chichester to the coastal villages of East and West Wittering, Bracklesham Bay, Birdham and Itchenor. Their experience has built up an enormous amount of trust and a high proportion of our business comes from repeat business and recommendations from satisfied clients.

About the neighbourhood
Chichester is one of the most well-preserved Georgian cities in the UK, with its centre sitting within the famous Roman walls. The four pedestrianised streets, North, South, East and West converge on Market Cross and offer a comprehensive range of shops, bars and restaurants. The arts are well catered for as Chichester is home to the internationally acclaimed Festival Theatre and smaller Minerva Theatre. Pallant House Art Gallery exhibits modern contemporary art with a high-profile permanent collection and seasonal exhibitions.
The National Trust reserve at East Head has perhaps the most picturesque blue flag beach in West Sussex and the award winning coastline of the Witterings and Bracklesham Bay in general provides many opportunities for swimming, surfing, windsurfing, SUP boarding and kitesurfing.
Goodwood Estate racecourse has meetings including Glorious Goodwood and Qatar. Goodwood also has an airfield and its historic motor-racing circuit hosts the Festival of Speed and Revival.
