Victorian terraced villa, with quirky décor and character, opposite a secluded green. Lovely room, overlooking the garden with bay windows and private bathroom. Check in/out may be flexible, please contact us. We live in the house you'll be staying in but have a separate bathroom to our guests.
We are very sociable people and are happy to chat to you about the local area and places you can visit, plus make recommendations of eateries in the area.
Timmy is a very socialable cat, if you leave your door open, he may visit you! However, we try not to let him out the front door, please be aware he may be "hanging around" when you enter and leave the house.
We are 5 minutes from the seafront, which has a pier you can stroll on and enjoy ice-cream, food or a drink. We are also a short walk (5 minutes) to shops, restaurants and cafes. If you travel by train, we are a 10 minute walk from the station. You can get to London in under 1 hour 30 minutes, Margate under 30 minutes and Whitstable under 20 minutes. There are regular buses to Canterbury, from a nearby bus stop, every 15 minutes.
