This beautifully presented holiday home is in a spectacular location, situated on the highly sought after Eastern Esplanade in Broadstairs, across the road from the sandy beach at Stone Bay. There are fabulous sea-views from the lounge which change every day and invites you to explore this beautiful coastline further. Close by you will find Viking Bay, a very popular sandy beach which is just minutes from the High Street. The apartment has been decorated to a high standard with holiday makers in mind. Another benefit of staying here is that this property is within easy walking distance of Broadstairs town centre and all it’s restaurants, shops and places of interest. A private entrance door leads to a storm porch, lounge/diner with Smart/Free Sat TV, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double with King size bed and TV/DVD combined player , one twin and bathroom with a double shower. Seaview has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to four guests. There is adequate free on street car parking, WiFi and gas central heating and the property is fully compliant with the new fire regulations. A luxury welcome tray is provided. ** IMPORTANT INFORMATION** This property is most suited to families and couples. Arrival and Departure dates are currently SATURDAY TO SATURDAY but other days and shorter stays may be available, so please enquire prior to booking. Minimum stay 7 nights during peak season.
Broadstairs has a vibrant music scene which really takes off during February’s Blues weekend and the internationally famous Folk Week in August, together with the Dickens Festival, held each year in June. Throughout the year a varied calendar of events suits all tastes and ages. Getting around our coast is easy... By Bus Stagecoach. We are fortunate enough to have an excellent bus system in Thanet. Our comprehensive routes enable you to make the most of your visit by reducing journey times between each town and village. ‘The Thanet Loop’ is one of the most frequent services in the UK, running on average every 7 minutes and operates 7 days a week, from early morning until late evening. This service provides excellent connections between Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. Other bus services offered by Stagecoach will enable easy access to the villages. The number 8 bus provides excellent links from Thanet to the nearby city of Canterbury. A ‘Dayrider' ticket is ideal for exploring the area, allowing you to hop-on.
