Copper Beech is a unique and one of a kind hut. It is a hand built "Wonky house". Its built that way, to create an amazing affect and give it that fantastic feel. It is heated and insulated, so is perfect for anytime of the year. Unspoilt views from the East facing window, stretch right over to the coast (21 miles away!). We are pet friendly and would love to welcome your dog too. The hut has central heating, LED lighting, sockets,USB port, 2 fold away single beds (bedding not provided).

Easy going, hard working, kind, I really enjoy interacting with others, enjoy cycling and the local area. I am surrounded by stunning scenery, it is the perfect place for walking and being outdoors. I really could not wish to live anywhere else. I am really easy going, I love hosting and meeting new people. I live on site, so am usually around somewhere. My contact details are in the huts, if needed. But normally I will stay out of the way and let you get on.

Seaways also has an onsite cafe. It is open everyday serving home cooked meals, hot and cold sandwiches, homemade cakes, a selection of teas, coffees and cold drinks and snacks. There is a petrol station and shop in the village, about 100 meters away from the site. The shop has a great selection of just about everything. The village pub is currently under restoration and should re open in 2021, but there are other local pub/restaurants only a short drive away in Wetwang and Sledmere.W We are only 100m off the famous Yorkshire wolds way walk. This walk offers stunning views from every angle in which ever direction you choose to go.
