Small breed dogs are welcome, but please, nothing medium or large or ones that shed fur. If in doubt please check before booking. The hot tub is refilled / reheated prior to every new guest, the cost of which is included into the cleaning fee.

The property is a self contained annex within a large barn that has been partially converted. This substantial barn is inside a gated and fenced perimeter surrounded by walls and trees, all totally private and secure. There is a wooded area containing the hot tub hut and hanging egg chairs. Parking for two cars is opposite the apartment entrance. Although the barn dates to 1867 the apartment is modern and open plan. 63 year old profession male. The owner lives at the opposite end of the barn to the annex with a large section of unused barn space between, so neither really notices that the other is there. There will be two small Lhasa Apso dogs around that will show you some friendly attention,

We are located within walking distance to Colne town centre which has a selection of bars and restaurants. There are four supermarkets five minutes drive away. We are also close to Boundary Mills. There are plenty of car parks in Colne town centre and most of the parking is free.
