This large luxury shepherd's hut is situated in the Looe Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The hut is decorated to reflect an English summer's day and is perfectly located for a Cornish holiday or retreat. The spot is beautifully quiet but is also located a 10-minute walk from the little train halt, St. Keynes Wishing Well, which is a 15-minute journey to the seaside town of Looe in one direction and 15 minutes to the mainline station of Liskeard in the other.
Please note that this is a new rental and we have not had time to put a new fence up this year. You may wish to tie your dog to a long rope (which we will provide) to prevent them wandering too far off whilst still giving them the freedom of the garden. The fence will be ready for 2025.
We love hosting guests and especially love this area of Cornwall. It's a perfect spot for relaxing, dog walking and feeling close to nature.
There is plenty to do locally. Walk to the local halt and catch the train to the beach or out for dinner. Walk the local area. Walk to the local vineyard for wine tasting and a tour. Cornish Orchards is a short drive away too. They make delicious cider and also offer tours and tasting. There are plenty of other activities to do all within an hour's drive.
