Our bungalow is nestled at the end of a very quiet residential cul de sac in the Winthorpe area of Skegness (about 1 mile in either direction to Skegness North beach or Winthorpe (both dog friendly) Parking space right outside front door. 1 sm/med well behaved dog is very welcome. 3 minute walk to lovely footpaths across the fields. The space Fans supplied for the hot weather. ☀️ Full central heating for those chillier times. Lounge with open plan kitchen area. Dining table for two. Separate bedroom with a kingsize bed which leads into the ensuite with bath. The bed will be made up with fresh cotton bed linen. South facing private fully fenced patio garden. Off road parking space for 1 car is right outside the front door. All essentials are supplied apart from towels. Guest access Whole 1 bedroom bungalow with private fenced back garden Other things to note No smoking, no parties. We regret the property is unsuitable for infants or small children. Please don't forget to bring your own towels as they are not provided. All other essentials are provided. We have lovely neighbours in a quiet residential area so appreciate our guests to be considerate of our neighbours. Thank you in advance. For dog owners: Just a 3 minute walk to lovely footpaths across the fields where your dog can run free. We welcome your well behaved dog but please ensure your dog is up to date on their flea treatment. If your dog likes to join you for a cuddle on the sofa please bring a throw to cover it.
