Sky cabin is a private fully self contained eco lodge on our small holding at Alpha Farm, set in the beautiful Wareham forest.
It has it's own rear garden with a gate straight into a pine forest, there no light pollution, so star gazing is wonderful.
Inside is a cosy wood burner, a cast iron roll top bath heated by our woodchip eco boiler.
Sky Cabin is let from Fridays for 3 nights and Mondays for 4 nights or 7 nights from a Monday or Friday.
Robbie,Rachel,River,Sky, Neo (the dog) and Squirrel and Bear (the kittens) live on Alpha Farm, a beautiful smallholding nestled in Wareham Forest. Rachel is a children's author and illustrator and Robbie a master carpenter. They are both co-founders of Happy River Retreat which is an eco, plant-based health and nutrition retreat. We love travelling together and one of our favourite close-to-home destinations is Cornwall. We spend as much time by the ocean and in nature as possible.
We are usually around if you need any help with anything.
Beautiful forest clearing nestled in fifteen square miles of open access forest so it feels like the middle of nowhere but is only a short walk to the nearest pub and also only a mile from the nearest river market town with all the amenities you could need for a stay. Also 15 minute drive to the nearest beach and the historic Jurassic Coast.
We are just over one mile from Wareham train station, direct into waterloo.
