Superbly located flats in Northampton town centre, both come with their own private parking spot (1 for each flat). The two bedroom apartments have recently been renovated and have full HD Projectors with sound bars in the living rooms. (100 inch in Deluxe Apartment and 80 inch in Ground Floor Apartment.) - Perfect for movie nights! Both apartments have 2 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/living room area and bathroom with bath + electric showers and heated towels rails. The apartments are all self check-in with a key safe located outside the front door. There are security cameras outside the entrance for guests protection. They are located opposite Ibis Hotel & Sol leisure complex (Vue cinema, Fitness4Less gym, coffee shop and multi-storey parking). 2 minutes walk to Northampton train station, 4 minutes to city centre bars, shops & restaurants The door must be kept locked at all times and the hosts must be informed of any unauthorised guests.
I live about 5 miles from the apartments. I work shift work for another job, so will usually leave your keys in one of the onsite key safes so that you can check yourself in! I will send instructions/ the code for the key safe a few days before your arrival. I am available between usual business hours for any queries you may have about the apartments. Please always send a text message with your enquiry so I can get straight back to you when I am next available! Each of the flats is self contained and we are operating strict sanitizing and deep cleaning between lettings and allowing self check in via the key-safe to minimise contact.
Northampton is a market town located in the heart of England, with excellent transport links by road and rail (less than 1 hour train journey from central London and 1 hour train journey from Birmingham). Opposite the flat there is a multi screen cinema complex and 2 gyms, one with swimming pool (day passes available). The Royal & Derngate theatre in the town centre showcases West End productions and comedy, dance, theatre and musical productions of excellent quality. The surrounding Northamptonshire countryside is amongst the finest in Britain with ironstone villages, ancient churches and many fine country gastro-pubs. Golf courses at Chapel Brampton, Harlestone and Collingtree are highly rated and the area is renowned for horse riding and hunting. There are numerous stately homes in Northamptonshire with Althorp House the most famous as the ancestral home and burial location of Diana, Princess of Wales. If you are looking for accommodation for a Silverstone event, we are approx 15 miles from the circuit, 25-30 mins by car. By car, Oxford, Cambridge, Warwick, Stratford-on-Avon, Milton Keynes & the Cotswolds are all within an hour's drive.
