Property information

Outstanding large drawing room apartment with beautiful outlooks to private gardens, within 10-15 minutes walk to Princes Street. This first floor apartment is within a converted town house circa 1890 and is decorated to a very high standard, retaining many period features including ornate cornicing and wooden panelling.

Neighbourhood information

The property consists of a large drawing (living) room, hallway, two double bedrooms, kitchen, and several large storage cupboards. The drawing room has an office/study area with desk. Guests have access to the private Learmonth Gardens opposite the apartment, ideal for BBQs or to relax under the trees. Street parking is available right outside the apartment. The parking zone operates Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm and is free outside these times. Trivia - South Learmonth Gardens was once home to Sir Ernest Shackleton, the Antarctic explorer.
