Welcome to our modern spacious flat, primely located in one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods of Westminster in central London, and ideal for both leisure and business use. Recently refurbished this bright space features a private bedroom with a comfy double bed and flat screen smart TV, a modern shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a flat screen smart TV. Perfect for up to 2 people. The building has a newly installed fire alarm system with smoke and heat detectors, and emergency lighting installed throughout. A fire blanket is installed in the kitchen. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher and washing machine are provided. Extra bed linen and towels are provided as a further cost, please message me for more details. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper is provided so you don't need to buy any of those basic things. Live TV channels and on-demand content available over Wi-Fi. The flat has 2 flat screen smart TV's.

The flat is 400 yards from Edgeware Road, Circle, District and Hammersmith, City and Bakerloo tube lines. London Marylebone (490 yards) and London Paddington (810 yards) are the closest rail stations; and we’re less than 2 miles from London St Pancras (Eurostar), Euston, Victoria and Kings Cross all offering excellent travel links across the city. The property is located off Edgeware Road which has many restaurants, coffee shops, cafe's, and other shopping. Hyde Park is an 11-minute walk.
