With views over the River Wye and countryside beyond, the luxurious, newly converted apartment benefits from nearby convenient parking and is only a short walk from the centre of the pretty market town of Ross on Wye and picturesque Wye Valley riverside. As you enter the historic building at street level, you are greeted by a large, light and airy entrance hall. Off this hallway is a bin store, WC, and a small bedroom with a desk for remote working and a single sized futon bed for 1 guest. Descending down a set of stairs you reach another vast internal hallway, off this hallway is the large luxury bathroom with a separate shower and bath, the bright and impressive, open plan, modern kitchen / dining / living space and the huge bedroom with a sumptuous superking bed for 2 guests and dressing area. Stairs / Accessibility: Guests must be able and comfortable with the use of a flight of stairs as the main living area, kitchen and bathroom is only accessible by a stairway. Beds: The bed for a 3rd guest is a small single futon only, and is in the bedroom accessed from the ground floor. The main bedroom and living area is situated on the lower floor. Please bear this in mind if you are looking to book with a child. Parking: The property is situated on Wilton Street, it is free to park on this street for up to 4 hours during the hours of 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Outside of these times, including all day on a Sunday, it is free for all to park there. Parking is not directly outside the property but ordinarily it's always possible to park within a very short walk of the front door. If parking is required outside of the option of the free parking on the street, nearby Wilton Road car park HR9 5JA is a 5 minute walk away and only 1 GBP for 24 hours.
