Positioned in the village of Hilperton, adjacent to Trowbridge the County town of Wiltshire the location is an ideal base for touring the South West. Bath, Stonehenge, Longleat Estate and the Cotswolds are a few of the many other interesting destinations an easy drive away. Connected to the national rail network Trowbridge station offers frequent non stop connections to Bath city centre & a high connection to London.

Hilperton is a small village on the outskirts of Trowbridge, with a local pub, The Lion & Fiddle having a very good Gerkha restaurant and takeaway . The bungalow is located at the bottom of a no through road meaning there is very little passing traffic. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quiet and the local supermarket (Budgens), chip shop (Robinsons), Chinesse take away & chemist (Lloyds) can be found within a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk. There is plenty of storage for bicycles at the property which is ideal as there are many local cycle routes. The town of Trowbridge has multiple taxi firms (Alpha and Uber). Trowbridge train station is a 5 minute car ride. There are many local walks some of which feature the Kennet & Avon Canal, Westbury White Horse and various woodland trails.
