This beautiful, light-filled designer detached three-storey property offers you contemporary seaside luxury. High-end splendour, the ‘upside down’ design maximises the wonderful views over the Fal Estuary and Swanpool Lake. Top floor contains the open-plan family living/dining/kitchen area and balcony with outdoor seating. The first floor is home to three of the bedrooms with ensuites, plus study. Each bedroom also has its own Smart TV. Downstairs to the ground floor, with ample parking for two cars on the driveway, the garage has been converted to a good-sized games room for all your family entertainment needs. The games room offers storage, a football table and a 3-in-1 games table (table tennis, air hockey, pool) plus a bar area, a utility room and the fourth bedroom. Quality WiFi is available throughout the accommodation. Outside in the large south-facing rear garden is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, decking and a glorious hot tub, with lots of space for sun lounging and open air dining. When you return, there is a hanging space outside to dry off your wetsuits.
