Recently fully renovated, this 1250 sq ft spacious well equipped bungalow boasts large front and back gardens and offers free parking for 3 or more cars on the drive. Additional free unrestricted street parking is also available. The Bungalow is located in an upmarket & peaceful area of Boston and benefits from very little passing traffic due . It is about 200 yards to the nearest post box & local bus stop, yet only takes about 20 minutes to walk to Boston Town Centre, or 1.1 miles to Pilgrim Hospital and even less to the nearest licensed shops on Eastwood Road or the Queen of Spades local pub & restaurant.
I don't live locally so the property is managed locally by a professional Housekeeper. This Bungalow is a brand new Listing, following a full modernisation program carried out in July and August 2024. The location of the property is ideal for Pilgrim Hospital. You'll find the area quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes drive to the town centre.
