This lovely family home is located on a quiet residential road, in the riverside village of Pangbourne. A perfect destination for long weekends with family and friends, exploring the Thames path, local pubs and villages. - Open plan living, dining and kitchen. Great entertaining spaces - Large garden - 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), 3 bathrooms - Large driveway, parking for 3 cars - Conveniently located for village shops and conveniences - Hotel quality linen and bathroom consumables Guest Notices - There is a fireplace in the lounge, it is not operational, please do not attempt to light or use it - No stag or hen dos - Parties are strictly prohibited - Smoking is strictly prohibited - Extra guests are not allowed - Please respect our lovely neighbours, and keep the noise down - No shoes on inside please - Candle are strictly prohibited - This is your home away from home, please care for it as such - Please make sure to lock the doors and all the windows when leaving the property - Please be mindful of energy usage during your stay. Please switch off lights and turn down the heating when leaving the property - The trampoline is old and missing springs. Please do not attempt to use the trampoline, for your own safety. Please Note Please be aware our garden is professionally maintained on a regular schedule, this may sometimes overlap with guest stays as such someone may need to access the grounds area during your stay. They won’t need to enter the house or disturb you, and the work should be quick and unobtrusive.
