This is a Spacious modern well presented Victorian house set just 0.7 miles to Strood Train Station, 1.1 miles to Rochester Station and Castle, 3.2 miles to Dockside Outlet and Chatham Dockyard and 11.6 miles to Bluewater Shopping mall. It's perfect for groups, Individuals Professionals, Tradesmen and Families. Great for those who drive, walkers, cyclists and its close to public transport. The property is very well located and just a short walk (4-7 mins) to Strood High street and a 15 mins to Rochester High. There are plenty local attractions, pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby This 2 -bedroom Mid Terrece House features a large open plan living room with a 55 inch Smart flat-screen TV, a dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, a utility room with a washer dryer, 2 double bedrooms and a large 3 piece suite bathroom. First bedroom - King size bed Second Bedroom - A King size bed or two single beds.
