Welcome to our delightful two-storey spacious suite, combining both traditional and contemporary styles. It has a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge adjacent to a dining area with table and chairs. An extra small freezer is available upon request. At the lounge end of the open plan room is the TV, two arm chairs and a sofabed (only suitable for children to sleep on). Upstairs is a king-size bedroom with a dressing table, TV and en-suite bathroom. We have sought to equip our suite to a very good standard and to anticipate your needs, by providing all the things you might want for a comfortable stay. On site there is a trampoline and a large tree swing, along with extensive lawned and terraced areas. Our indoor heated swimming pool is open every day 9am-1pm & 2pm-7pm for guests to use on a rota basis, with access for an hour, at least twice a day, times vary each day. There is a shower for you to use in the phone box. The pool has a depth of 1.4 M. Please bring your own towels for the pool. Swim nappies are needed for children who are not potty trained. One well-behaved dog is welcome, by prior arrangement direct with owners. Over a year-old (Max 25Kg). An additional fee of Twenty Five pounds per stay is payable. Our spacious suite is set in 13 acres of countryside. Situated in Broadwoodkelly, close to the village of Winkleigh. Winkleigh is a friendly rural village in the heart of Devon’s rolling countryside and offers a convenience store, a post office, butcher and several cafes, plus two pubs serving food and local drinks. Not far from the centre is the famous local cider shop selling the local brew. This particular part of Devon is well known for its unspoilt countryside and the central location is a perfect base for exploring many of Devon’s top attractions including Dartmoor and Exmoor. There is also comparatively easy access to the north and south coast with some attractive beaches and delightful coastal scenery, appealing to both nature lovers and walkers, beach enthusiasts and historians, whether adults or children. Whilst there is a local bus service and train stations within a 20-minute drive, it is still essential to have a car to get around.
