Please note that marijuana detectors are in place. 📷 For security purposes, a Blink camera is installed outside the property, and a Minut noise monitoring device is located in the lounge and patio areas. 🔇 Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please maintain low noise levels at all times, especially in the garden. Parties are not permitted. 🤝 We kindly ask you to be respectful and considerate of our neighbours at all times. ✅ We adjust our price to suit small groups; if you book 5-6 guests, we will provide the sofa bed linen. ✅ We do accept a maximum of two pets but with an extra fee.
