The bedrooms include a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower, a king-size, a double, and an bunk bed serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, gravel, furniture, barbecue, and hot tub. Off-road parking for three cars is available, EV charging available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but smoking is not allowed. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and 1.1 miles a pub. Create lasting memories with a stay at Spring Cottage. Please note: The property is situated adjacent to the main road; however, the garden is fully enclosed and secure.

Neighbourhood information

The rural village of Yapton sits in the Arun District of West Sussex, resting between Littlehampton and Chichester. Yapton is known as the village that ‘never closes it doors’ referring to the days when smugglers would make their way from the sandy beaches of nearby Climping with their contraband. Within the village is the historic St Mary’s Church, built around 1180 AD, along with local shops, pubs and a bespoke coffee shop all within walking distance. The seaside town of Littlehampton is a short drive away, home to Harbour Park Amusements, Mewsbrook Park Pedalo & Boat Hire, a golf course and two pebble beaches. Bognor Regis and the cathedral city of Chichester are also within easy reach, whilst Brighton and the historic Portsmouth are less than an hour's drive away. The surrounding area is home to some diverse landscapes for the best of Sussex countryside and coast.
